This package will offer you a little extra help sourcing and contracting vendors, creating a wedding timeline, and general support for your other planning needs. This service will help you cut down on your own research time, help you stay on track, help you establish a budget, and keep your planning seamless and stress-free!

• Once monthly phone or Zoom check-ins throughout the planning process

• One site visit with clients to establish the event style, direction, and flow
• Assist with vendor contracts
• Provide clients with helpful suggestions for a wedding website where they will list all-important wedding information
• Assist in creating a timeline of the wedding weekend

Investment for Consultation Services:  $2,500

Day of Coordinator

This package is offered as a great add on to the consultation package and is excellent for those who want to relax and enjoy your wedding day. Let us take care of the wedding day logistics so you and your family can enjoy a stress-free day.

Includes:

• Two additional scheduled phone check-ins throughout the planning process
• One additional onsite visit before the wedding day
• Review schedule of events for the day of the wedding
• Confirm all rentals needed on site
• Confirm floor plan and details
• Design and provide custom wedding welcome sign
• Assistance with ceremony rehearsal the day before
• Ensure all vendors arrive and are set up correctly and at the correct times
• Support set up of gift table with decorations
• Support vendors in setting up of ceremony + reception
• Coordinate with florist delivery and that florals are in appropriate places
• Set out programs, wedding favors and menus
• Discuss with DJ/Band and photographer the schedule for the evening: toasts, first dance, parent dance, special requests, etc.
• Manage timing of activities, such as the first dance, toasts, and cake cutting.
• Remove gifts from the gift table at the event’s end and put them in the agreed upon place.
• Solve any last-minute situations

Elopement Planning & Design

Our Elopement Planning + Design services are for couples escaping to Maine for a beautiful and unique Moosehead Lake experience.  Custom for each couple, services can include location and vendor sourcing and management, checklists, timelines, styling, and designing a day around the two of you.
